Questions and Custom Orders: If you have any questions on a product, please feel free to call or email us. Almost any ring or bracelet you see on our site can be resized and most products can be made into sets. If there is a necklace you like and you would like a pair of earrings to go with it, just give us a call.

Digital Photography: Please be aware each item represented here is photographed to look as true to the original as possible. However, differences in color that are inherent in the nature of photography and its representation on different computer screens can cause variations in color from the original. Please understand that in no way do we purposefully enhance any picture to mislead the eye.

Shipping: Your order, once recieved, will be shipped within 5 business days. Depending on your shipping preferences, you order should arrive within a few days to a few weeks.

Returns: Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred as a result of fabrication error. (Which should never happen, but it's always possible!)
